AN APPLE A DAY! promo is giving away the following Apple products such as iPhone 5 16GB, iPad Mini 16GB, iPod Touch 5th Generation 32GB, and iPod Nano 7th Generation 16GB.

The raffle promo is brought us by Caltex Philippines with the participating products from Caltex such as Caltex Diesel with Techron, Caltex Silver with Techron, Caltex Gold with Techron and Caltex Regular.

According to the mechanics there will be 5 winners of an Apple gadget per day (1 for each product and 2 iPod Nano 7th Gen), from Mondays to Fridays only.

Below is the complete mechanics:


PROMO MECHANICS:

1. Participating products: Caltex Diesel with Techron, Caltex Silver with Techron, Caltex Gold with Techron and Caltex Regular.
2. Participating stations are the following: Select Caltex stations in Metro Manila, North Luzon, South Luzon, Cebu, Davao and Cagayan de Oro. Visit www.caltex.com.ph for the complete list of participating Caltex stations.
3. A minimum purchase worth Php 500, single receipt or accumulated, made within the promo duration, from any of the participating Caltex stations, entitles a customer to win an Apple gadget.
4. Prizes at stake: iPhone 5 16GB, iPad Mini 16GB, iPod Touch 5th Generation 32GB, iPod Nano 7th Generation 16GB
5. There will be 5 winners of an Apple gadget per day (1 for each product and 2 iPod Nano 7th Gen), from Mondays to Fridays only.
6. A thermal receipt will be generated per transaction with minimum fuel purchase of Php 500, as well as a separate coupon indicating whether or not the customer wins a prize.
7. For cash transactions, whether single-receipt or accumulated, a dummy card will be swiped to generate prize thermal receipt. For credit card transactions, system will automatically generate prize thermal receipt.
8. Text to be included at the bottom of the receipt:Winning entries: “Congratulations, you have just won _________________! Please ask our friendly pump attendants for details on how to claim your prize. See flyer for complete details. Promo runs from February 18 - March 15, 2013. 9. Customer can win more than once during the entire promo period.
10. Winners will receive a voucher specifying the prize won. The voucher will contain instructions on how to claim their prize.
11. For validation purposes, customer has to present his/her winning thermal receipt to the pump attendant. He/she will also be asked to log in his/her personal particulars (name, address, contact number) and affix his/her signature on the monitoring sheet (c/o pump attendant) to record his/her winning.
12. Promo runs from February 18 – March 15, 2013.
13. For accumulated receipts, customer must see the retailer or any available CSR (Pump Attendant) and present his/her receipts amounting to Php 500 for a chance to win an Apple gadget. Retailer or CSR will check accumulated receipts, select cash transaction on POS, swipe provided dummy card, enter P500 as value and enter last 6 digits of any of the official receipts to see if customer wins a prize. CSR will then stamp the receipts as “claimed”.
14. Prizes are not transferable and not convertible to cash.
15. Chevron Philippines Inc. shall shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding P10,000.
16. Employees of Chevron Philippines Inc., all Caltex service stations advertising agencies, Caltex retailers and suppliers/contractors and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining the promotion.
17. Decisions made by Chevron Philippines Inc, in accordance with these terms and conditions as well as with applicable rules and regulations, on all matters relating to this promotion will be at its absolute discretion and will be final and binding on all participants, with prior concurrence of the DTI.
18. Winners authorize Chevron Philippines Inc. to disclose and publish their names, photos and other particulars determined by Chevron to any person/s and in any mode or manner as Chevron may deem appropriate.
