Miss World Sweden, Kerstin Håkansson, was the winner of the first Miss World beauty pageant in 1951, commonly known for the name Kiki Haakonson.

Miss World Sweden 1951, Kiki Haakonson was the first and last winner crowned in a bikini swimsuit. After a few decades, the two-piece bikini outfits of the contestant change to one-piece bathing suits for the crowning ritual.
According to Wikipedia Kiki Haakonson was born in 1929, and on October 6, 2011, first Miss World that Kiki had died.
