Back to Jail after sending Facebook friend request
Reports said, the victim of sex offense, who was not identified, told police that she receive a Facebook friend request from the sex offender Victor Gaston, 10 years after the sexual offense occurred. Gaston have been ordered to have no contact with the victim according to Rockingham County Sheriff’s Office.
According to yahoo news, investigators say Gaston was sentenced to at least five and half years in prison Thursday after pleading guilty to one count of using social media as a sex offender.
On the record Gaston has been a sex offender since 2003. According to the State prison records show he was released from prison in 2003 after serving nearly two years for taking indecent liberties with a child.
